The Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) has rolled out a winter gas supply schedule for Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, effective November 2024, to address the seasonal surge in demand. This schedule ensures three peak usage periods with full-pressure gas: from 6:00 to 9:00 AM, 12:00 to 2:00 PM, and 6:00 to 9:00 PM, prioritizing access during times of high residential and commercial usage for heating and cooking needs.
The revised schedule is a response to persistent winter gas shortages, designed to support households while conserving the limited supply.
